8.0 EPC
EPC is the representation for earth based companies wishing to do business with the ESN or the MCM. These companies would be those with products and services destined for the colonies. All products would have to first pass the rigors of testing at the MTF located within the confines of the MSB. This would be accomplished by contacting the ESB management.
EPC companies are also those wishing to explore; survey, mine or do other useful business on the colonial body (IE Mars or Luna). Such companies operating on the colonial planet would be managed by the MCM management and be governed by the three law structures indicated in the next post (9.0)
