Air Supply

 When you work underwater there is always the knowledge that the last breath you took could be the last one you have and the people that work underwater understand this. What makes them able to do their job is knowing the risks and doing the best they can to design out the risks while planning their days work.

Once you dip your head beneath the water the ability to change that risk is very limited so planning and preparation are everything. The rest of these materials on risk are about that planning ahead, preparing as best you can, and also on initial design.
